Adsense for Article directories?

I am planning to include adsense in my article directory website. The website has tons of articles mostly of medium quality (re-written) and some poor quality(spinned). Is there any problem if I include adsense for the article directory?

Please share your views.

It is not against the adsense TOS , Their is several site that copy content and run ads and earning money

I dont think google have any issues with these kind of websites all you need to do is to work on good quality.

I am sure that the quality of the articles are below average and not more. Will google disable my adsense account for placing ads in such Article directories, that's my question.

I have been publishing adsense since 2007 on my article directory no any problem. but if you want to earn somemoney you should have search engine traffic.

I dont think google have any issues with these kind of websites all you need to do is to work on good quality.

To get most desired results, the quality of the articles matters.

No dear, you can use adsense for this website. Because there is no restriction in adsense saying that adsense cannot be used along with duplicate contents.
