Google Adword & Facebook Ads Credit Vouchers: How is it?

I'm Thinking of runing an adword and facebook ad using the vouchers supplied by VCC Companies such as Cheap PayPal VCC | Virtual Credit Cards for PayPal, eBay, Facebook, Google Adwords, AlertPay, & MoneyBookers | VPN | US VBA.

I understood you needed a new adword account to use it.
But my question is has anyone here use this and run PPC Ads on google
adword or facebook successfully? and are they still working now?

I've run some really decent PPC ad campaigns with Adwords, Facebook, Adbrite and 7search. I always get below 10 cents cpc these days (certainly wasn't always the case!)
