With one website and adsense... how much traffic would i need to make $1000 a day?... I'm assuming millions of users per day? I'm a newbie but i'm thinking if i should use adsense or develop my own advertising system on my website. I'm at the stage before i put the website live, what is the best way to monetize the website quickly. |

I've gotten click as high as $5 (and i'm sure that others had gotten higher depending on the niche) and most of my clicks these days are averaging about .50c per click. | |

| It is all relative! Assuming your site generates a $1 CPC, and the average CTR is 5% (in terms of visitors:click ratio). You will need 20 000 visitors/day to crack the $1000/day mark.

Well, as said above it depends on the niche you have, but the more a click is worth the more competition there is to get ranked, but you definitely don't need one million visitors, for an average niche i would say speaking from experience 50-80k visitors a day, but that number can go way down as you go after higher paying keywords.
