All web2 - you can post there your content , so you can post from them your links - to your money site - so its like blogger. wordpress.com , hubpages and more.

alot of people have said posting to these pages doesn't help, but it does

i did an experiement with a site using the old version of senuke with nothing but 2.0 pages and it ended up doing well. hope that helps.
