What is the best free software or site which automatically submits to good free web directories?

Are there any better ones?

I don't see any software that is free...and anyways directory submission is just a waste of time and money...because Google doesn't give value to them

That's not what ive heard. I heard they are an effective link building strategy.

I always try not to use any automatic software. In case of seo it is very much useful to do it manually. For every strategy. Most of the time using such type of software is nothing but a full of waste of time and money.

I saw a jump just doing directory submissions. A link is a link. It may be low on the list, but it is not worthless.

Directory links are very effective for seo if you add your site to quality directories but; almost every quality directories delete software submissions.
