Tweaking CPI/PPI Campaigns

Hi Warriors,

In early Jan found some success with Pay per impression campaigns using a series of different offers and ad networks,

Started off spending about 5-10 dollars a day in January,
Currently up to spending around 60-80 a day now and pulling, $200-300 revenue. Which I am hoping to steadily increase to spend a lot more.
The CTR is around .3% to .5%
I direct link, no landing page.

Summary:
Looking at ways to further tweak campaigns for more profit, or should I just scale up with other sources? I could vary the banners I guess to try and generate more CTR. Or let them run and chase new sources of traffic.

Things I have thought of:

New banners
Modify existing banners slightly to make more appealing
Different ad networks
Increase $ amount to get more traffic (but cost more)

With the profit the way it is, it seems like there is room to move?
