Has anyone had real experience with mobile SEO? Everyone keeps talking about it, but no real practices. Basically, my takeaway is to use common SEO practices and apply them within the "smaller" websites, ones that are mobile-friendly. And add-on a mobile sitemap on top. |

When thinking mobile SEO, think local and social. According to Google, 95% of searches on mobile devices are for local info. Also, people tend to share on twitter, facebook, etc when on their mobile devices, so be sure to use social media tools on your mobile site.

| Yea that's very true and also helpful so I can imagine local searches would dominate. But that would only be for certain keywords, such as locations. Other keywords would most likely work the same way as regular search.
