G'day Warriors I'm in the process of submitting a few Press Releases and was wondering why my anchor texts are not working when I convert my document into a PDF. I'm using HTML <a href="http://www.mysite.com">my keyword</a> Do not want to submit my press releases without the anchor texts working correctly for obvious reasons. Any suggestions? How do you guys make sure the anchor texts are going to work before submissions? Thanking you in advance.......... Thomas |

Free press release submission sites do not allow anchor text in either the body of press release not in contact form. there are several sites which allow anchor text in their paid version. If you are using free press release submission services then you can mention the url of your website in contact section or in some sites in the last paragraph of the press release. |

PDF is bad policy. Even though it gets read by search engines display is cumbersome and many people such as myself reject PDF documents on the web. They're horribly inefficient when it comes to size and obscenely burdensome on the browser. but if all you're doing it for is the Seo value then you should be just fine with the exceptions of what people have just mentioned |

Hey TKO, are you copying and pasting the html for the anchor text? Sometimes the text, even though it looks right, can get formatted a bit funky when copying and pasting. If you are copy/pasting, try typing it in from scratch and see if it works.

I think you do not know press release sites do not accept anchor text link.So put that url in between the content. This is also beneficial. |
