So I have a google analytics account but most of traffic is coming from suffering site which I'm thinking is not that good, but I'm still a newbie so I'll bear with it. Anyways, most of the traffic of the reffering sites come from google, which I find weird. For example "google.com/imgres" or "google.co.uk/imgres". Different countries of google with the ending "/imgres". Shouldn't this be part of search engine category? And is there a way to make it like that? Also is there a way that you can rank images on google images? I have a feeling it just has to do with ranking the page, and the image gets ranked along with it, but I'm unsure. |

Nope. For some reason in google analytics any traffic from google images counts as a referring site |

You can optimize images to an extent. Make sure you have a title and an alt tag, and if you're using Wordpress, caption it as well with the keyword you want to target.
