will weird links in google analytics affect my ranking?

Hi guys,
I found in google analytics under 'crawl errors' a 66 webpages that google could not find. 8 of those I have never heard of, which is weird.

But what is even weirder is that all these 66 webpages have 3 to 44 links (most of them internal links from my website) that definitely never existed.

A friend of mine suggested that all these broken links have caused my sudden fall in serp that I experienced 10 days ago and that I should redirect them with 301

However, I cannot redirect these links because I never made them and they never existed.

Can someone advice me:
- can this chaos have caused my fall in serp?
- will the situation rectify itself given time?
- what shall I do?
