Are you not familiar with Google's keyword tool? You must also try wordtracker.

I have to agree that Google's keyword tool is excellent value (free!), but as for paid tools I think Market Samurai is good too.

Yes but like keywordspy. Google's keyword tool cannot show full info of a specific keyword such as list of competitors and other stuff like what keywordspy does.

Well those are online tools, if you want an actual software I'd say Keyword Sniper Pro 2.0 from Jack Duncan.

All of them are quite good, very powerful tools, some of their functions are similar, some different. I think it is needed to carefully research the functions, not to overpay for the excess. For example Spyfu is very powerful, but it does't mean that you need all it's strength, and in my opinion it's too expensive! I study the competitors and their keywords, other functions I don't need, so I chose semrush, which price attracted me. MS - also very good but pricey for me.

In my opinion Google keyword tools is the best for finding the keywords that suits you site. It is also determine the keywords monthly visits and competition.
