Is it legal and safe to purchase adwords promotional codes?

Hey Warriors,

I'm a newbie to adwords and I have a question to ask.

I found people on ebay selling $100 google adwords promotional codes for just $7. Is this even legal?

Even if its legal and someone purchases it, will google ever know and ban your google account?

To all warriors who are experienced with adwords, your advice would be appreciated.

I've never sold them before, but I have given them away to others and they have had no problems using them or any problems in the last 2 years I've been giving them away.

Is it legal? - Probably
Is it against Google TOS?- Probably
Will you ever get caught?- Probably Not

I see it happening all the time and can't see why it won't be legal. Google sends those coupons out because they want them to be used and they know they'll make much more than $100 in the long run from new accounts.

I think it's against Google ToS to have multiple accounts with coupons...

If I were you I wouldn't buy anything like that. They could have used them and then you'd get screwed. Only do things like that with someone you know.
