By doing slicing of one image into different part will decrease the load time of the web page so automatically the bouncing ration of the visitors to see the web page will also decrease and webpage opens very quickly withing very counting seconds.

Enable caching and compressing if possible. Make sure your host has decent servers. Html is faster than database driven php sites, but not that much anymore if you get a decent host. Resize and optimize images so they are not so big. Don't add a bunch of extra features that load just for show that nobody cares about. All that stuff slows things down and takes longer to load. That is just for starters there are plenty of other things to consider.
