Anyone want to recommend me a backlink service?

I'm looking for:
1) Niche oriented / highly relevant
2) Contextual
3) Authority page
backlinks
4) With not a whole lot of links currently on the page.
5) And which will not be removed in the future.

Can someone refer me to a good/trusted link network owner?

I purchased but haven't sent details because I am modifying my keyword research pertaining to this particular site following the finding of a better longtail

Hi there! I experienced a registration error with your site and now it won't let me complete my registration or login with the username 'Orun Kabir'.
