What is the best way to find high PR blog comments?

Whats the best method to find high PR blogs that you can comment on?
Software or manual. Its easy to find high domain PR blogs, but how do you find high PR blogs to comment on?

sorry, trying to find out myself. But from personal experience, even low PR but HIGHLY relevent to your keyword pages are really great for SEO, i did about 20 backlinks daily on a very related blogs, like say "weight loss" for example blogs, and left my "health" keyword there , and even though they were LOW PR, and NO FOLLOW links, guess what, my site went shooting up about 10 pages in about 2 months. so related is more important, and also not more than about 4 comments on each page helped me too. scrapebox can let you find many blogs and sort them by PR and such its a great tool for finding places to comment with good PR and even related websites which is key

i guess high relevant blogs are more important than rest of things, and second important thing to know is that comments should be approved quickly.

Download seoquake addons on mozilla for page rank update and for dofollow or nofollow press ctrl+u , thn ctrl+f and write nofollow , if it find this word there thn its nofollow , if it dont find this word thn its nofollow , you can also check dofollow/nofollow with nodofollow addons on mozilla

Get yourself ScrapeBox. It's a piece of software which allows you to find blogs on certain topics and then filter them by PR, amount of comments posted, age etc.

If you are on a budget, check out Comment Kahuna. It's free and automatically finds blogs for commenting. It sorts them by pagerank and nofollow/dofollow. I've been using it for the past month or so and don't have any complaints.

Obviously manual way of finding blogs is very time consuming, I would advise to use some software for finding celebrity blogs of your niche.

You may want to try 'Keyword Country' for finding blogs that accept blog commenting for linkbuilding.

You can find high Page Rank Blogs from Google. Take Relevant Blog for commenting, it will be beneficial for you.

I personally use Backlinks Elite Pro (I think there is still a WSO for this tool) - it finds wordpress, drupal, typepad and other blog platforms where you can leave comment. My sites' PR shot up after i started using this tool.
