Arrow does Dynamic keyword insertion help or hurt with Adwords

I'm passing the keyword that the person search for through my URL and displaying it multiple times on my landing page as well as title to help improve my quality score.

Also when no keyword is passed through, it will display a default keyword on all parts of the page. Now I am wondering if this helps or hurts my quality score or doesn't make a difference?

Please let me know - any feedback is appreciated =)

It helps in my experience as long as you are using the command {keyword}

It can increase CTR because the KW gets put in bold.

I'm using that as the parameter but I'm referring to passing it onto the landing page itself besides the Ad.
