One site multiple domain, can it hurt my SEO ?

Hello, i have a site which use two domain.. one without dash and the other with dash, for example my-dating-partner.com and mydatingpartner.com

will it hurt my SEO ?

Does both of that site has same number of pages and same content?? If yes then as per the panda and content farm, it will be hurt.
But if answer is no then no need to worry about

Yea the smart move would be to use one website as the "main" site and just do a 301 redirect on the "not-main" site to the "main site

If both are on different server, then it may or may not hurt depending on the originality of your content. With same server, more chance of getting less SERP.

You have two different domain so no problem of SEO but your content should be unique.

Yes.. If you have similar content then Panda Algorithm might affect you.. To Avoid this duplication perform 301 URL Redirect at immediate basis...
