High PR backlinks are more important. You dont see anyone advertising PR0 relevant link networks in their signatures. Its all about the high PR;-)

what do you mean by relevant link? page rank is important to get visible on the search engine to the customer easily that actually make some good continuous traffics in contrast actually traffics makes page rank to the search engine and to draw traffics initially you need to post links or create back links as much as possible.

I would say pagerank. I have built tons of pages with backlinks from unrelevant sites and they have done amazing as longs as the PR is high. On the other hand, if you're looking for traffic from your backlinks, then you may want to focus on related backlinks.

Relevant links are links that help a website to have better ranking. So I think to compare those two are not appropriate. But in general, those two are both important, yet no comparison should be done.

No one knows for sure. Every poster is guessing with their answers. Those who do know the answer from extensive testing probably won't tell you their findings. SO when you ask questions like you did you are just inviting in misinformation by the droves. It is far better to test for yourself.
