Blog or Sales Page

I recently created an internet marketing ebook that has a copy written sales page interestingly enough it is about paid website traffic. My google ad was disapproved while my facebook ad was approved. I am wondering
if I should build a blog around the sales page and work on ranking it in google, or trying to rank the sales page in google? I hope that someone can help me with this.

Does anyone have any good recommendations on getting a posive ROI with PPC in the Internet Marketing Niche I have noticed facebook ads are like $2.00 a click! I hope that you can help lead me in the right path.
