How Many Of You Had Decrease In AdSense Earnings This Month?

My earnings have decreased by 50% this month on all of my websites located on my HostGator hosting account. Most websites of mine have few pages. I wonder why that happened. Maybe somebody on same shared hosting account was penalized which caused this?

Anyone else experienced this?

No, infact mine keeps growing and growing

Have you checked your traffic stats? If you was getting most of your traffic through search engines you may of been hit by the Panda update

Yes May is the first time since January (over a 17month period) which I have made less than the previous month.

My average CPC has decreased, as well as CTR. Page impressions have still increased though.

I've just been working on getting more back links this month and submitting my old articles to more directories.

Traffic, impressions, clicks, eCPM, earnings decreased by half but not Page CTR.

Only a slight decrease not much to warrant any fears. Last month was a wee lil' bit better but it's still a good month for me though.

I highly doubt your earnings have been affected because of using shared hosting. Google are more than aware that hosting companies sell shared hosting.

I'm sure you are worried but I think it is too early for you to make any rash conclusions. Give it another month to see whether or not your earnings increase.

There are way too many variables that affect CPC and it is difficult to pinpoint one specific reason for your sudden drop in earnings.

This is only my second month with Adsense and it has past last month as of yesterday. Than again it only made $1.68 last month

Amazon had more conversions this month but less income so far. But that can change with one sale today or tomorrow

Also some site gotten hit by Panda update too but not too much

About the same from last month for me. Last week wasn't so good. I'm thinking some advertisers are pulling out for the summer months.
