Yes it is, because it is still from Google, What you want to do since, you have permission to copy it, is add a couple of lines of text at the top and bottom, try to make it more unique, maybe add a you tube video and image

Rewrite it as it looks like unique. They give you the permission but how google will know it? Sometimes if you give the actual link along with the article then it is not marked as duplicate. But this is not what we want actually. So, it better to rewrite.

Im terrible with grammer and english in general so i think i might run this through TBS or something.

I only need it rewritten once as i will only be posting it onto my blog and a few article directories so hope TBS wont make it unreadable, i know after spinning an article 100's of times it just produces gibberish.

It's duplicate content, but not anything that is bad. Some just don't
understand duplicate content and how it is used. They just do the usual-
idiotic-freak-out on duplicate content and tell you the sky is falling.

Use it and go in peace. What you propose to do is a very, very common.

Why post in on EZA? You want to fill your site, not EZA with another's
article.

People quote and use others blog posts all the time. But not to submit
to EZA. It would only be fair to give the other guy the link, but then,
what for?

He's supplied you content, you supplied a link. That's common and
that's what I was referring to. Tossing EZA in the mix just waters
the benefit down.

Yes, it is. Try rewriting or spinning it first.
