Do Squeeze Pages do well with SEO?

I have a question for Warriors. How well do Squeeze Pages do with Niche Keyword SEO? Obviously a squeeze page does not contain as much content as say a Blog, or even a Sales Letter, but with the right keyword usage in a little amount of content, can a Squeeze page reach page one rankings inside of Google for niche keywords?

As long as you get your on page SEO right, and it's a long-tail keyword, it shouldn't be a problem. It mostly comes down to links anyway.

Thanks Joshua! That is what I was thinking, but I wasn't too sure, so I thought I would ask the Warriors, as they always give me great advice.

Yes it can. If you create your squeezepage out of wordpress you may find it easier to rank than a page from html. My squeeze page is html based, but I don't bother doing seo. I just Use either Youtube or articles to promote my squeeze page and do the seo for me

Squeeze page maybe is not seo-friendly as Wordpress, but if you remember about rules like. Meta Tags, H1 etc. etc. your website will going up on Google pretty good. You can make page like. articles on the same page - it will be helpful.

Squeeze pages normally SEO fine. And I agree, onpage seo matters a lot. You can't burst out with too much content and too many keywords. Stick to one or two keywords and you'll do just fine.

Most folks say that you can't rank a squeeze page these days, especially an html one.

However, my VA has been able to rank a squeeze page for me. It currently is #2 for one keyword that gets decent searches and for the key word "list building" its on page 5

and this site is only about 2 months old.

I am in the process of documenting the process so I can share it with Warriors in the future. I just want to add that is definitely is possible. It's really about the links in most cases.

A squeeze page is no different than any other web page, it all depends on what is written on the page, and how you have done the correct on page optimization!

And lots of backlinks!

Yes it can be capable of doing well in SEO. It’s not a problem if you’re using Wordpress or not. It is just a matter on how you do SEO in your squeeze page.
