I need Back Linking Suggestions

If you were in my shoes and had 4 websites to rank with multiple keywords "3 of the sites are local businesses" what back linking strategy would you use. I thought about outsourcing but it would cost way too much because of the amount of keywords and then I thought about purchasing software to automate the back linking but I'm not sure what type of back linking I should go with.

Try many backlinking methods such as
Profile links, Article links, Blog comment links, Social Bookmarks, Web 2.0 etc

Don't do just one particular method.

Get each of the main keywords for each of the 3 sites on a homepage backlinks network. If the site is internaly linked properly the link juice from the network will flow to rest of the pages on the site and lift them automatically, making your job very easy. Then all you have to do is build high PR blog comments to the individual pages and you done.

If you dont have the budget for out sourcing, than you have bid the jobs badly and you are going to end up doing more work than the customer will pay.

Always figure in outsourcing costs when you bid a job.

I agree with this. I usually combine article marketing, social bookmark, and high PR profile links, this will give good results.

yes keep variations in building links.... this will boost your link juice and search engines like .... link coming from different sites......

Do you recommend a HomePage Backlink Network? Yes the site is internally linked properly.

Do you use the DirectorySubmitter.imwishlist.com software? Since it's free makes me kind of hesitant with all the viruses being spread around.

Always diversify your linkbuilding.Building home page network is good but when the PR drops you are going to lose rankings too.So diversify by getting backlinks from many sources.
