I have a page that was ranking #2 for a pretty profitable keyword, but it slipped, and now has been de-indexed. (Does not show up when you do a site:mysite.com search) However, that is the only page on the site not showing. In fact, I have a couple of other keywords ranking pretty well for other pages Could I just create a new page on my site, do a 301 redirect to it, and transfer the link juice? Would this new page have a better chance of ranking? |

The page in question might be having duplicate content or keyword stuffing try to alter it.301 redirect may not be helpful if that page is completely out of google. If you create new page then you need to start from scratch. |
