can you find my 3 sites & tell me why they disappeared

Hi warriors,

my 3 review sites disappearred from page 1 & 2 of google

http://homesforsaleindurban.co.za and

http://homesforsaleindurban.co.za

I first thought Google had "slapped" my sites but on closer exam i think it may be a technical problem - this is why:
a) all 3 sites are indexed (as far as i can establish) without the www. prefix
b) i mistakenly built links to the sites with the www (stupid i know)
c) there seems to be confusion about whether the sitemaps are correct since when i checked yesterday on my webmaster tools i was told the site has no sitemap yet there's definitely a sitemap
d) in the case of the johannesburg site, I added the site to my webmaster tools account with www. and a sitemap indexing 7 pages has been added according to google yet I still cant find this site either
I think google may have dropped the sites due to the indexing duplication (www. or non www) issues
Bottom line is I am completely stumped as to hoe to fix this problem and any help would be greatly appreciated

About the sitemap - have you submitted the URL of the sitemaps on your site?

How long were your pages on p1 and p2 of Google? How old are the sites (when did you set them up/register the domains)?

If they are new sites and you have been making changes and building backlinks, it could be completly natural for them to disappear for a few days and then reappear. It's often called a Google Dance.

To get around the www and non-www issue you can 301 redirect all non-www requests to the www version.

A quick google search will give you the htaccess code for it

homesforsaleinjohannesburg.co.za currently ranks #58 for the keyword "homes for sale in johannesburg."

homesforsaleindurban.co.za is currently out of the top 300 for keyword "homes for sale in durban."

Your sites are dancing. They bounced high due to fresh content, and are now finding their proper place on Google.

One word of advice: If you want to rank well, you will need to add lots of content and backlinks. The sites on the first page have hundreds of thousands of indexed pages and lots of backlinks.

thanks for the reply - i'm sure you are correct this must be the "G Dance" sites are still young so i expected the dance but was just concerned that i could not find them at all

thanks a lot for your reply - I will have to try & figure out what this means and how to implement it (these are wordpress sites so i guess there must eb some plugin i can use)
