Here there are two things, i would like to share To find whether competitor spy on your seo. >>Check your Google analytic for any visit came across your site by using site:, or link: To find competitors seo activities >>Search their site name with in double quotes in Google >>Click "More search tools" >>Click "Past 24 Hours" |

The majectic SEO tool is pretty much good at exposing links of a given url. If spying on competition can help a lot to your overall link building strategy, then majectic SEO tool should be one of your tools. I also like the site explorer by SEOmoz.
