|  Site Valuation Advice
I know this is an old subject, but I would appreciate advice from anyone who has experience selling/flipping sites. I have a site running Wordpress on an aged domain that makes about $3000/yr on Clickbank products and about $250/month with Adsense. Total yearly income roughly $6000 give or a few hundred. I would appreciate feedback on current market value and a realistic selling price. Much obliged, Evan |

That is a valuable site you got there. I think it would make more than 5 k. You can also check on google "website value" and see your aprox website value. |
