What offline business would benefit the most from SEO and Internet Marketing??

My Brother and I both do well at SEO, building Niche sites and Internet Marketing, but now we are thinking of starting an offline business.

What do you think would be the most profitable business that we could use our skills to profit from?

Some examples

Breeding dogs - building a site, ranking well for the name of the breed and selling the puppies
Renting properties - Buying properties, building a website that advertises the property, rent the house / condo
Buy a nightclub - Use social media marketing and list building to continually market to the nightclub crowd and get lots of people through the door

These are some of my ideas, what business do you think would benefit the most from SEO and IM?
