Hi all, I've registered a new domain name which contains my keyword, and want to point it to my existing website (which I want to rank more highly for that keyword). How can I make Google aware of this new domain name? |

Just do a 301 redirect from the old site to the new one. Regarding the new domain, promote it as you would any other site.

You can also make them aware of the redirect by setting it in Webmaster Tools if you have your domains added there.

Just add it on in your cpanel hosting acct, if you have one and then redirect it to the site.
