Does this include twitter and facebook? I thought that it must do because it covers social bookmarking

I would think it means that you're getting links from sites to which you submit bookmarks. Like Reddit, Digg, Delicious, Stumbleupon, A1, Fark, Propeller etc.

Not so much Facebook and Twitter. That's social networking and microblogging, the way I understand it.

Does anyone know where i can find some ping servers?

Also i tried to submit to 250 as in default settings. Around 80 was succesful. Is this normal? Seems really low too me.

That does seem quite low - what was the cause of the failed submissions?

I use pingomatic. Pingler is the same. I can get pages indexed in about 24 hours.

Is there a way to submit a post to a bunch of social networks without having an account there for free? I guess I should just create accounts...

Facebook and tweeter is nofollow site as well as it is social networking sites so it doesn't fall into category of social bookmarking category

If i remember correctly i think alot where due to passwords or usernames. But i am thinking that maybe i entered captches wrong? Some of them i couldnt make out. What type success to fail ratio should i be getting roughly? I will contact support if it keeps up.

Typically best success ratio could be 80/20 (looks like the 80/20 rule, but it's not)

Use different proxy so that you get good success rate.
