Default SEOquake not working right

Used to be I had a whole list of information under each of the search results page from SEOquake. I don't know what I did to delete this, but I would like to get it back. Can anyone help me understand what I did to remove it, and so reverse that to get it to come back?

Here is what I am now seeing;

There should be three or four lines of data under each listing from SEOquake. I have it activated and turned on, yet this data is not there. Anyone know why?
