We can make use of it as we badly need a refresher on SEO right now. Visited the SEO no nos section, some of it are still in use (observing a lot of sites actively utilizing them), and I wonder why Search Engines hadn't find their way to put a hard wall on those. Anyways, I am looking for this "(including 1 month's free subscription to SEOMoz Pro)" on the site, where is it?

I have checked your link its really helpful for freshers who are new in this field. I would suggest to newbies forums are the good thing to learn. There are several SEO forums which would help you a lot to learn SEO and SMO.
