Google Presentation on Search Pages Results- What People See

Everyone is talking of Google page ranks and position which is all good and fine.
But, how do you make or 'persuade' Google to show what you want in the description of your site in the search listings.

Lets look at a G search for warrior forum, In purple underlined it has

WarriorForum-Internet Marketing Forums
Internet Marketing Forum. The best place to learn about internet marketing, ebook selling and home based business.
Warrior Special Offers Forum - Internet Marketing Product Reviews ... - Register
www.warriorforum.com/- Cached - Similar

Some sites it list around 6 links to particular pages in the site. Some sites it seems to pull a random description, some very relivnet like in the example above.

My question is, how to you get the look and the links you like up to guide people to go where you want them to go?

I am fascinated that so much effort is put into getting your age to page one, but no one seems to care what is shown, or it maybe a big secret, maybe?

If you want links to particular pages within your site, rank multiple pages to Page 1 for that keyword. Build an authority site. And get lots of trust from Google.

You do think about this point a lot! Google would prefer the one with high-quality content and links! That is the most important to Google!
