The best place for me to submit articles is free traffic system: freetrafficsystem.com it is an aff link, but it does no harm for you sign up under me  it allows you to submit one article to 30 nice blogs automatically. ive gotten good results from itedit: nvm cant post links with my post count.. |

Make Sure the links are dofollow Make sure website the article you are submitting to has huge traffic Make sure it is contextual or relevant. For article submission i generally prefer this article directory Large Article |

I consider these factors: - Do follow or no follow. - Google Pagerank. - Alexa Rank. If its no follow then i don't even bother to check the rest... |
