When I test affiliate offers, I use direct linking from adwords. I noticed that when I try to direct link a cpa offer from adwords it gives me too low of a quality score to show the ads. I have been told that the solution to this problem is redirecting. Can someone tell me how to do this?

You'll have to create a redirecting html file in your site's index file.

Yeah, or iFrame the offer (get AM permission first and make sure it doesn't break the iFrame). If you're going to redirect, do a meta refresh or javascript one as this will blank/change the referrer so the advertiser can't see which keywords you're bidding on and steal them.
