Anyone having problems with the market samurai keyword research module today? I keep getting the following error. Due to rate-limiting of requests to Google, your analysis cannot be completed. I changed ip address and opened a new google adwords account and I was only able to pull results once with the new account before I got the same message again.

Well if they were having the problem 3 months ago it must have been fixed shortly after that because I never had this problem before. So how many people have you talked to? were they all in usa? just wondering if it might be a local problem. Did you send a support request? thanks |

earlier today I was able to log into my adwords accounts manually and do research but now even that is blocked. Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later. Why did this happen? This page appears when Google automatically detects requests coming from your computer network which appear to be in violation of the Terms of Service. The block will expire shortly after those requests stop. This traffic may have been sent by malicious software, a browser plug-in, or a script that sends automated requests. If you share your network connection, ask your administrator for help — a different computer using the same IP address may be responsible. Learn more Sometimes you may see this page if you are using advanced terms that robots are known to use, or sending requests very quickly. |

Use private proxies! This is the best way to get continuous service from MS. Yes, this means you will probably have to get a subscription, but if you are serious about SEO you should already have them.

I did change my ip and that did not seem to help. So I did not think that was the answer. Are private proxies good enough or should I get a VPN? |

Yeah, this has become unusable to me at this point. So what are the good alternatives?

You must use transparent proxies. You have 2 options. You can use an existing proxy provider like trusted proxies or proxy bonanza. This is the easiest option for non-technical users but can get expensive. If you have some linux skills you can purchase a VPS from a provider that sells additional IPs & does not require technical justification. Select any linux flavor and install tinyproxy. Make sure you use version >1.8 as this allows full transparency configuration. Lock it down to your ip and you are all set. You now have up to 32 ips(most vps providers max you out at 32 ips per vps). |
