Multiple Adsense/Analytics/Hosting Accounts

hey all

I've heard people talk about having multiple adsense, hosting and analytics accounts if they have lots of little niche sites to protect themselves in case google shuts an account down or something.

I was just wondering, is that really necessary?

I have a main brand with 2 sites that are fairly popular including 3000 readers. But I wanted to try a few niche sites just for fun to see if I can do it. I wasn't sure if I should do these sites away from my main brand and also, if I eventually do another set, should I do those all separate as well?

just curious to know what you all do to avoid issues

Ive been wondering this myself. Would love someone to chime in. I have about 15 sites all under the same adsense account and was wondering if I should get one more under a business name. Not sure if that would raise red flags, checking different adsense accounts from the same IP.

Certainly guys,

This is my strategy. For my "higher class" business sites, I'll have an adsense account registered specifically for the business, which is of course legal (as the business in itself has its own company name, bank account and address).

For my "experimental SEO" type sites, I'll use my own personal adsense account. I've found this strategy works best to separate your professional sites from your experimental money makers. However, make sure you aren't breaking any Google TOS. You will need to have a separate legal entity in order to create multiple adsense accounts (but not multiple analytics accounts).

I am doing the same too. Had a personal and business adsense account. My personal account are all the micro niche sites while for the business account I am building big authority sites with alot of content. This is just to diversify the risk associated with adsense.
