low number of advertiser(niche finding)

hi friends,

I'm now running the adsense model based on xfactor method.
Being a student from underdeveloped country, I'm not yet able to buy NMF as sugested by xfactor, thus, as the alternative, I rely on the other keyword finder tools.

The problem is, whenever I found the keywords with low competition and high global and local searches,followed by hgh KEI (keyword efficiency Index), it's always ended up with low advertisers number in SPYFU (mostly results in N/A or just 1)

What's actually the ideal or the minimum number of the advertisers for a keyword/niche to make it an IDEAL keywords ??

NB : some keywords though it has N/A or 1 number of advertisers on MAY, it had several/.many advertisers on january; should i take those keywords as well ??
