Can I put adsense Ads like this ?

Left one is default color palette, right one is all black.

because my niche blog text is almost black, and content mainly is articles.

Some sites do different color palettes on different ads.
Nothing wrong with it. You can even do multiple palettes
where the color will change on each page load.

Are your ads going to be side by side like that?

That's a big chunk of real estate to take up at once.
Or are you just putting them side by side as an example?

I've heard mixing up colors can beat ad blindness, but I
don't use it.

Thank you for your advice!

Since I change to this "side by side" on top, my CTR is increased, almost doubled.

And I also see some of my competitors' blogs are use this side by side, but in same color.

I think if CTR will be increased again by those two ads blocks in different color.
