I have tried this and both of my sites got indexed in less than 3 hours by google. Just add your site to google bookmarks and delicious. Google indexes sites faster that are google bookmarks (personal opinion). Of course you can add your site to other social bookmarking sites for even more quick indexing and for getting backlinks. But according to me you should just add your site to these two directories first and later on bookmark on other sites to make it seem more natural to the googlebot. Let me know if it works for you. |

one tip to make this 3 hours 5 minutes ping your profile and bookmarks page at delicious, you can also ping the page you want to index. I usually index any page in 5 minutes using bookmark & ping.

I've found that creating my sites with Wordpress usually gets them indexed pretty quickly. Also, Digging your site or a post from your site usually helps with the speed.

My sites always get indexed very quickly. Create your main page of content - and then the other ones (about, disclaimer, support) etc etc... have all these pages link back to the page you want to rank for. Use the All in one SEO plugin and the google sitemaps one and then your done! |
