PPV, Optin Tracking Help Needed

I'm just about to start a PPV campaign, never this done before. I can track where my traffic is coming from to my squeeze page. But how do I track which ones are opting into my squeeze page.

I want to go a little more detailed than 'this squeeze page converts at 15% etc. I want to know the conversions for each website that I bid on I have approximatly 100 domains that I'm going to bid on to start with and I want to know the best converting sites so I can get the best ROI.

Can anybody help??
