I would like to ask the forum members about the Tool which they use to track their SEO Performance in Google or any other SE.

1]How do you track your seo efforts on your blog? i.e How do you verify if your backlinking efforts are working well?

2]Which website/software do you use to check your backlinks?

3]How do you track the Positions of your keywords?

4]How to check if your blog has Edu/Gov backlinks?

To track SEO on my site I used Google Analytics and Google Webmasters. I regularly used Yahoo Site Explorer to check my backlinks and sometimes backlinkwatch.com

2]Which website/software do you use to check your backlinks?
Yahoo Site Explorer and sometimes backlinkwatch.com

3]How do you track the Positions of your keywords?
I regularly used IBP and Traffic Travis sometimes if I have doubt on results.

4]How to check if your blog has Edu/Gov backlinks?
Same thing, I used Yahoo Site Explorer and sometimes backlinkwatch.com. They will also post your gov/edu backlinks.

Your bank account... I know it sounds flippant but the whole point is that your SEO efforts result in increased income at the end of the day.
