Stop redirect if google is detected, will it hurt my SEO Standing?

Here is the condition
i have a website with 2 languages (my plan , currently both of them have exactly the same content, manual translation is in progress)
INDONESIA : ikt.co.id
ENGLISH : v4.ikt-global.com (i know this is not a good idea, when the translation is finished, i will move this into us.ikt.co.id instead, so that the DOMAIN RANK will be much higher)

I have a script that detect
if the VISITOR of my site is from INDONESIA :

1. if they come from ikt.co.id they will not be redirected anywhere
2. if they come from v4.ikt-global.com they will be redirected to ikt.co.id

if the VISITOR of my site is NOT from INDONESIA :

1. if they come from ikt.co.id they will be redirected to v4.ikt-global.com
2. if they come from v4.ikt-global.com they will not be redirected anywhere

With this scenario, GOOGLE will always be detected as a "VISITOR that is NOT from INDONESIA" , hence GOOGLE will always be redirected to v4.ikt-global.com , if it try to index ikt.co.id

Now my plan is to create a detection , if it is GOOGLE then STOP all redirection , so that GOOGLE can index both version of this website properly.

Question : Will This Hurt My SEO Standing ?
