Hi, My site is coming pretty high in the uk for my main terms such as cctv installers cctv quotes home cctv installers and local city names such as cctv installers nottingham etc I am getting quite a few unique visitors and can see tht the phrases they are finding me with look relevant, but they are not translating into many leads. Can anyone please tell me Does my site look bad ? is it unclear or too pushy ? Am I missing something else ? Do I need more social bookmarking or likes ? (I have added a link to my facebook page but not sure if I am doing that right) |

Hiya mate. I have the same problem with one of my sites and I'm based in the UK too. I did an experiment recently and may have found the answer. Check this out: I logged into Google keyword tool (free tool) and selected 7 keywords for my site below from the UK only. I noticed that I was only getting clicks from the UK. So then I did further research and selected 7 more keywords but this time selecting the USA which is a massive market. So by selecting the country in the Google keyword tool, you can have keyword phases our fellow colleagues are using in the United States. Try it for yourself and please let me know. |

Sorry mate. Forgot to answer your full question. Your site has no content. How are search engines going to locate you. You have not fully used your page. There are a few things wrong with the site. PM me I may be able to help. |

Okay mate maybe I should have been more clearer. Have a look at your site again please. You have an excellent live help icon, some good images but no written content. A few articles about what your business does will help you on Google. What you sell, your special promos, product descriptions and so on using the keywords on the free Google keywords tool. I'm in London and had a football site selling premiership products. The only way to get customers free was to write a 300 - 500 word article using keywords about what I was selling and mentioning special offers. I was also throwing in a free ebook for all customers. There's so much you can do to your site. Let me know as I know a good programmer. Thanks |

I agree, Your website should look much more professional if you want to get better results from it. You have 2 choices: 1) use a progremmer, spend money but save time 2) start expirimenting with building your own site based on a template You're using Wordpress i think so you should have no problem trying to do it yourself and get better results than what you have at the moment I don't know how much work you did on your SEO that is very importent if you're counting on bringing organic traffic You can also pay to bring you traffic form other sources but before you think about that i highly suggest you make your website look better | |

Putting write-ups about your product will help your target market understand the benefits and advantages they can get from your product. This way, you can convert your leads into sales easily. Always remember that beside the page ranking, the content of the website is also important to increase sales. And since you are selling CCTV cameras, making the website more professional can make the visitors feel more secure about your product. Build trust via first impression. |

from having a cctv site i can tell you what made my website have traffic was providing multple cctv topis and rss feeds that relate to cctv. It seems your site is providing content but your eye gets lost and does not have a center focal point. maybe a different theme will work for you. have you tried a wordpress theme.
