Confused about Adsense estimations

I am not a big fan of adsense and traffic estimator, and yet they continue to confuse me a lot because I don't understand the logic behind it. Maybe someone can help me with the following scenario:

I found two keywords. One has 1 million local searches and almost zero competition according to traffic estimator, and the second keyword has 200000 local searches and almost zero competition too.

According to traffic estimator, for the given budget, I should get 200 clicks per day for keyword one. According to adsense, with the same budget I get zero. Why? (I double checked all campaign options and everything seemed to be in order)

Also, for keyword two, I get zero clicks from both traffic estimator estimation and adsense. How can a keyword with 200,000 searches generate 0 clicks?

Can someone please explain?

I also have a third keyword which has 60,000 local searches and high competition, and traffic estimator estimates 50-60 clicks per day. How come a 200,000 search generates 0 clicks but 60,000 one can generate 50-60?
