Is it good to give title for a header tag.

Eg:<h1 title="keyword">Keyword</h1>

Content in the Header Tag will Directly Visible to the Users.Then What is the need to add title for that ?

If you add targeted keyword in both header tag and title of header tag it will be a risk factor according to google ranking point of view. Google become very smart in handling situations like this

Yes its very useful for give keyword title tag in header.
