Selling Adsense Microniche Sites Making A Few Bucks A Month

Hi Warriors!

A question about selling the underperforming websites. I have a few sites in my portfolio that wound up doing worse than expected and only make a few bucks ($30 or less) a month.

Has anybody sold these kinds of websites either here on WF or on Flippa or is the revenue too low to even sell them?

You should be able to sell any website even without revenue because in the end you're selling an asset which you've put effort into developing. I would recommend using something like EstiBot.com to have an estimate of how much it's worth. My estimate is that you will most likely be able to sell it for around $350 if its a good looking site with some quality content.

Sites are still selling on flippa without revenue. Was looking yesterday and they were going for $70-$100.
