Blog as main domain or not?

I'm a new member and this is my first post so I apologize if this is in the wrong area.

My question deals with my site being under construction.

I have about 2 more months before my actual site is live. I currently have an "under construction" page on the main domain with a link button to my blog blog.example.c..

My question is if any of you recommend that I move my blog to the main domain until the site is live and at that time push it back to the blog.example.c.. address... or should i leave it as is?
