what is the key to get all PR 6+ sites. any sites that allows doing backlink to dating site and classified ads sites

Just do some research. Don't get caught up in just building PR 6+ sites or you will not have more than 1 backlink per day (which is waaay too low).

Go for stronger, more related backlinks and don't concentrate all your time into finding just the high PR ones.

You shouldn't have a problem backlinking to those type of sites. Typical problem areas can be - adult, gambling, SEO (occassionally).
