We had a thread about it here yesterday: 150 "auto-approve" article directories - a list

There is my list of 150, then another list of 700 further down. They are not all high-PR though, there are only a few of those, so you will have to sort through. Usually anything that is auto-approve will not stay high-PR forever...

SubmitEaze has a very good list of article directores. I own article marketing robot, and I can say from a direct comparison that SubmitEaze's list are far better maintained than AMR, every other directory in AMR seems to be broken and they never get removed. i also noticed quite a few times with AMR that it reports that an article was submitted, but when I log into the directory there's no record of it. Never had those problems with submiteaze.

SubmitEaze does website submissions too, and costs the same as AMR. I'm just amazed AMR gets such a high profile on here when there are far better products out there that are also better value.

I agree with Justin. Directorycritic has a huge list of article directories that you can use.
